Adler. is a socio-psychiatric and forensic competence and service center in Eastern Switzerland with a history of over fifty years. Some places are reserved for various forms of penal execution and special settings.

Our vision:

We offer 44 clients socio-therapeutic supervised living in various offerings, supplemented by a low-threshold daily structure that has existed since 2015. With innovative offerings such as the "Atelier" (since 2018) and the "Werkraum" (since 2020), we enable occupation and participation. As of January 2024, we expanded our range of services through the women's residential group Noreia. - a unique offering specifically for women with personality disorders as well as post-traumatic stress disorders. Two women's residential places are reserved for penal execution.

Your core task includes the individual, professional nursing and care of the women as a reference person and in case responsibility.

You place great value on the autonomy and quality of life of the women being cared for and recognize, promote, and strengthen their resources. You use development planning as a work instrument and actively help shape the therapeutic milieu of the residential community.
