Design Architect You plan, design, and construct residential and commercial buildings, settlements, industrial buildings, or public and cultural structures. You design new things and preserve or repurpose existing ones. You accompany a construction project from the idea to completion. Employment Permanent position 100% Work location Zürich Requirements \- You have completed a Master in Architecture at a Swiss university and ideally already bring initial professional experience. - You possess distinct design talent - You have sound IT skills, particularly with ArchiCAD. - You have good German language skills - As a team-oriented and resilient personality, you communicate and act skillfully even in demanding situations. - Experienced handling of customers and authorities as well as building laws is part of your everyday life. Field of activity \- You implement the ideas and wishes of the clients creatively in sketches and initial plans. - You develop detailed plans and present them to the client in the form of visualizations. - You advise the clientele regarding type, style, size, and material, as well as estimating the costs and the duration of the construction or renovation activity
