Public security assistant 100% / territorial unit or traffic unit The Association « Sécurité dans l’Ouest lausannois » was created with the aim of remaining a police force close to the population. In order to complete our team, we are looking for a Public security assistant 100% territorial unit or traffic unit Within the territorial unit, your main missions are as follows: Control parking and sanction infractions Ensure a visible, preventive, deterrent and repressive presence in public spaces Ensure compliance with municipal regulations Ensure a presence near school establishments during class entries and exits Manage and regulate traffic during demonstrations or works Collaborate with police officers during public demonstrations, works or any other situation likely to disrupt traffic (traffic accident, etc.) Inform, guide and advise citizens Perform various administrative tasks Within the traffic unit, your main missions are as follows: Perform maintenance tasks for signage, time clocks and parking meters Set up or remove signage during works and demonstrations Control compliance with temporary signage during works or demonstrations Proceed with the installation and removal of counting devices or preventive displays and then, analyze the collected data Ensure the maintenance of the Traffic Unit vehicles Perform preventive or repressive speed checks related to road traffic Install and remove radar devices (SAT) Perform the collection of revenue from parking meters Collaborate with police officers during public demonstrations, works or any other situation likely to disrupt traffic (traffic accident, etc.) Perform various administrative tasks Your profile: Training as a public security assistant, an asset Federal certificate of capacity or title deemed equivalent required?
