Driver Category C (m/f/d) 100%

For our client, an established company in the field of building materials and construction supply in the Zürich region, we are looking for an experienced driver of category C for demanding construction site transports, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

In this versatile driving position, you will be on the road daily at various construction sites and ensure that building materials, machines, and equipment arrive at their destination punctually and safely. You will undertake the professional loading and unloading of the vehicle as well as the correct load securing according to the applicable regulations. At the construction sites, you will be in close contact with site managers, customers, and other personnel and will also lend a hand yourself if required. The regular inspection, care, and cleaning of your assigned vehicle, as well as the consistent compliance with legal driving and rest times, round off your area of responsibility.

Requirements

You must have a category C driving license as well as a valid CZV certificate of competence and a valid driver card. Ideally, you already have professional experience as a driver in a construction site or construction environment and know the requirements for construction site transports from practice. Sound knowledge of load securing is just as much in demand as good German skills in speaking and writing. Physical resilience and the willingness to actively assist are required. You work independently, reliably, and responsibly, remain calm even on narrow construction site access roads, and always appear friendly and professional towards customers and employees.
