Project Manager Sanitary (all)

Your tasks

• You manage and execute sanitary projects independently – from planning to successful handover
• You plan, coordinate, and monitor new constructions and renovations and ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality standards
• You create offers, supplements, and invoices and are responsible for material orders as well as schedule planning.
• You coordinate the cooperation with clients, architects, specialist planners, and contractors
• You lead and support our installers on the construction sites and participate in construction meetings as well as site inspections

What you bring with you

• You have completed training as a Sanitary Installer EFZ and have ideally completed further training as a Sanitary Planner, Project Manager Building Technology, or a comparable qualification
• You bring experience in the project management of sanitary systems
• You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented and like to take on responsibility
• You convince through a confident appearance when dealing with customers, partners, and other project participants
• You have good MS Office skills as well as a category B driver's license
