We develop and operate agile data-driven applications that create real value in P&C Underwriting and Pricing.     In the Data, Technology & Innovation area, around 600 software and system developers work Switzerland-wide and develop the technology of tomorrow in-house. In doing so, we also collaborate in global teams and networks.  We shape and integrate the latest tools, organize hackathons and our agile product teams run self-organized and are independently responsible from A to Z.     What awaits you • You are part of the Product Team -GenAI P&C Underwriting- and bring Data & AI Use Cases to success • You develop, optimize and operate Data & AI applications in the cloud (GCP) that use our resources efficiently and create measurable value • You actively contribute your knowledge to the team - through code reviews, professional exchange and sharing best practices • You keep up to date with the latest developments in the field of Data & (Gen)AI and pass on your knowledge to other team members and stakeholders • You support our business stakeholders in analytical thinking and the application of AI    What you bring with you • You have at least 3 years of experience as an AI Engineer / Data Scientist or Software Engineer with a clear track record of generating measurable value from AI and software applications together with the business • You bring productive experience in dealing with the components of our tech stack: Python, REST APIs, LangChain/LangGraph/LangSmith, Vector Stores, RAG, SQL, CI/CD, Git and others • You have a doer mentality with great curiosity for new concepts and ideas • You are familiar with software engineering best practices as well as collaboration models and enjoy working with cloud infrastructure and the architecture of cloud-native applications • You are data-savvy and can think deeply into business problems and processes • You must speak fluent German and English    What we offer you We are convinced: satisfied employees deliver the best performance.
