The Management Office in the Department of Products & Investment Services works as a staff unit directly for the department head and offers a comprehensive insight into Raiffeisen's private customer business. The team acts at the interface to the areas - Investment & Pension Center -, - Digital Business -, - Products, Consulting & Sales -, - Data, Analytics and AI - with direct contact to the Senior Management.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated personality as an employee in the Management Office (w/m/d) at our location in St. Gallen, effective immediately or by agreement.

What can you expect? ##

• Support in the development, development and implementation of the department strategy
• Preparation of decision-making bases as well as applications for the department management and/or management of Raiffeisen Schweiz
• Coordination of cross-departmental and departmental cooperation with various interface partners
• Leadership and participation in projects as well as independent processing of special orders
• Deputy head of Management Office

What do you bring? ##

• Completed higher education (uni/FH) or equivalent further education with a business background
• Professional experience in a banking or consulting environment
• Analytical personality with a structured, conceptual and solution-oriented approach
• Convincing communication and presentation skills as well as experience in working with Senior Management
• Safe handling of Microsoft Office products (especially PowerPoint, Excel)
• Stylish communication in German (word and writing), further language skills in Italian or French are desirable
• Humor and joy in team successes
