Real Estate Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Independent and comprehensive management of a portfolio consisting mostly of residential properties
• Preparation and control of the annual budget including forecasts
• Checking and accounting of accounts payable invoices
• Leading, supporting, and further developing the subordinate employees
• Support and advice for tenants and owners
• Coordination and management of the facility managers
• Organization, accompaniment, and control of maintenance, repair, and renovation work
• Implementation of periodic condition assessments including corresponding reporting
• Processing of lease agreement changes as well as rent and index adjustments
• Monitoring of the current rent policy and advising owners on rent design

Your profile:

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Real Estate Management or a comparable further education in the real estate sector
• Several years of professional experience in the real estate industry
• Good knowledge of tenancy law as well as basic structural understanding
• Experience in dealing with tenants, owners, service providers, and other contact persons
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• High social competence and professional appearance
• Strong customer orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Good affinity for digital work tools and new technologies
• Enjoyment in passing on knowledge and supporting employees professionally
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Further language skills are an advantage
