For the product management team in the B2C sector, we are looking for a dynamic, solution-oriented personality with excellent communication skills at the Ostermundigen site. Your challenges ### • Providing new and existing members with the appropriate digital offers via the right customer touchpoint. The goal: to achieve daily relevance This is specifically achieved through: • Responsibility for the operation, development, and optimization of digital products and customer journeys • Ensuring the operational implementation of digital product decisions and roadmaps • Prioritizing and managing the backlog as well as ensuring timely implementation • Guaranteeing the impact of implemented measures as well as their sustainable anchoring in operations through monitoring and reporting relevant indicators • Deriving concrete optimizations based on data and operational knowledge • Ensuring smooth collaboration with the strategic Digital PM, from idea to successful operation • Participating in digital initiatives as well as their structured implementation in operations • Implementing digital product strategies and innovations with a clear focus on added value for our members • Stakeholder management with internal partners to ensure implementation To succeed in your integration ### • Degree in business administration, business informatics, or a similar field.
