Hydroelectric Project Manager (M/F) 80-100%

The Electrical Energy Directorate operates hydraulic and thermal production infrastructures, develops production facilities from renewable energies, and ensures an electricity supply under the best conditions.

Mission :

• Reporting to the head of the Hydraulic Operation department, you manage large-scale development projects for hydroelectric facilities.
• You lead multidisciplinary projects for the renewal of power plants and production equipment, through the study, implementation, and commissioning phases.
• You establish and optimize their planning by coordinating economic, regulatory, social, and environmental aspects.
• You lead teams of internal and external experts to the company.
• You ensure the achievement of set objectives regarding quality, costs, and deadlines.

Profile :

• Engineering degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the operation or construction of electrical production equipment
• In-depth knowledge of the functioning of hydroelectric facilities
• Recognized leadership, with the ability to unite experts with diverse profiles, to create commitment around a common vision, and to advance projects in a complex environment.
• Experience in managing major multidisciplinary projects in the field of hydraulic production or electrical energy
• Sense of responsibility and teamwork, conceptual mindset, good communicator and good writing skills.
• Proficiency in French or German, with good knowledge of the other language and English.
