Set-up Technician / Production Machine Operator (m/f) 100%

For our client, a successful and internationally active industrial company based in the Schaffhausen area, we are looking for a reliable and technically skilled personality as a Set-up Technician / Production Machine Operator (m/f) 100% # In this versatile role, you are responsible for the independent setup and changeover of modern production equipment according to production orders and corresponding specifications. You identify and analyze malfunctions in ongoing production operations and resolve them independently. Furthermore, you carry out tool changes, accompany the sampling of new tools, and ensure the corresponding documentation. You support and instruct production employees on technical questions and, together with the team, ensure a smooth production process. Checking specifications and approvals, reporting deviations, as well as general workshop work and active participation in improvements to production processes, round off your varied area of responsibility. Ideally, you have completed basic mechanical or technical training, for example as a production mechanic, polymechanic, plant and apparatus builder, or in a comparable profession. Professional experience as a set-up technician, machine operator, or in a similar function within a manufacturing industrial company is an advantage. Experience in thermoforming, blister, or plastic production as well as knowledge from a cleanroom, GMP, or medical technology environment are welcome, but not mandatory. You possess a good technical understanding, work independently, precisely, and in a solution-oriented manner, and have a strong sense of quality and responsibility. Flexibility and the willingness to work shifts are required.
