A dedicated leader is sought for the switchgear manufacturing area. The position includes the management and coordination of projects, the control of production, and the ensuring of quality and safety standards. An exciting task in a dynamic environment with responsibility for teams and technical processes.

Tasks

• Leading, supervising, and realizing projects in the field of switchgear manufacturing
• Independent development and realization of automation solutions
• Responsibility for the procurement of necessary apparatus and materials
• Responsibility for the quality, deadline, and cost-compliant processing of projects
• Planning and creating technical documents, dispositions, and production documents
• Responsibility for the quotation system
• Advising customers and arranging appointments with suppliers
• Assisting in the training of apprentices

Profile

• Completed vocational training as an electrical engineer or automation technician, engineering studies (HF/FH) or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in the fields of switchgear and switch construction
• Project and leadership experience
• Very good computer skills (MS-Office)
• Entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Dedicated and team-oriented personality
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
