Your tasks

• Diagnose faults and propose suitable solutions
• Intervene on-site with customers
• Write intervention reports and ensure administrative follow-up
• Provide technical support from the office (analysis, planning, customer assistance)
• Collaborate with internal teams (planning, projects, after-sales service)

Your profile

• Technical training in the field of HVAC or equivalent
• Proven experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC installations
• Good skills in diagnosis and problem solving
• Comfortable with IT tools and report writing
• Autonomy, rigor and good customer relations
• Driver's license required
