CNC Technician

Responsibilities

• Independent setup, operation and monitoring of CNC milling machines (3-/5-axis)
• Programming and optimization of CNC programs (Siemens)
• Production of individual parts and small to medium series according to technical drawings
• Selection, preparation and change of tools
• Monitoring of production processes as well as ensuring dimensional and geometric accuracy- Carrying out quality controls with common measuring tools
• Maintenance and care of the machines as well as troubleshooting minor malfunctions
• Compliance with safety, quality and deadline specifications- Participation in continuous improvement processes

Qualifications

• Completed training as a polymechanic, CNC mechanic, machining mechanic or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in CNC milling is an advantage
• Good knowledge in reading technical drawings
• Experience in handling CNC controls- Independent, precise and reliable way of working
• High sense of quality and responsibility
• Teamwork and flexibility Willingness to work shifts
