FOKUS is an innovative youth welfare provider headquartered in NRW - Germany, which now also wants to establish itself in Switzerland. We are systemically and trauma-pedagogically oriented and are looking for a committed Swiss team to establish our outpatient services in Switzerland.  Executive Management (m/f/d) Initially, a head / operations manager is sought for our provider and the outpatient services, in connection with the responsibility to establish the provider in Basel and the surrounding area. If you are open, communicative and experienced in the field of outpatient youth welfare, we look forward to meeting you.  An open and humorous as well as competent personality is important to us, who represents our interests and ideas locally in Basel and the surrounding area, but also brings their own ideas and enjoys shaping things. The main responsibility at the beginning will be to build up the provider in Basel and acquire new employees as well as to maintain close communication with the executive management.
