• Together with the team management, you lead a team of approx. 12 employees in letter delivery.
• As a leadership duo, you work hand in hand and promote team development.
• You promote exchange and cooperation within the team.
• Together with your team, you are responsible for high-quality delivery.
• You take on leadership tasks (such as leading team meetings) and represent the team management during absences.
• You integrate new employees into the team and support them during the induction phase.
• You lead by example and support your team through your active participation in daily business.

• You feel comfortable in the role of a role model and you have a talent for planning and organization.
• Your appreciative manner and your helpfulness make you a reliable support for your team.
• You are physically fit and possess a driving license of category A1.
