Technical Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d)

For our customer in Rapperswil-Jona, a professional in the field of electrical installations, building automation and communication technology, we are looking for a Technical Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d) ## Area of responsibility: • First point of contact for inquiries from customers and business partners • Recording fault reports and customer support • Scheduling service technicians • Maintenance of customer data as well as preparation of offers and invoices • Technical and administrative tasks on behalf of the management • Managing the warehouse and ordering material and tools • Supporting in the area of accounts receivable and accounts payable • General administration and correspondence • Organizing events Requirements: • Training as an electrical installer or montage electrician EFZ • Further education and/or experience in the commercial field are desirable • Proficient in handling MS Office applications, Abacus/Volta knowledge is an advantage • Independent and reliable way of working • Competent and friendly appearance Are you looking for an exciting new challenge in the office?
