Rivella is continuously developing its entire production and supply chain landscape. To this end, we are specifically expanding our project organization. In this role, you are the central hub of the project and ensure that information, decisions and tasks converge in a structured, binding and efficient manner. You support the project management in the operational day-to-day business and ensure that planning becomes implementation and that many participants become a functioning whole. You support the project management as a right hand in complex new construction and investment projects You ensure the operational project control as well as the structured coordination of all participants You take on the central hub function between internal specialist departments, external planners, construction partners and suppliers You ensure that interfaces between construction, process and technical infrastructure function smoothly You actively steer topics, pursue them consistently and ensure commitment in implementation What you bring with you Experience in project planning, control or complex coordination (ideally in an industrial or construction environment) Ability to structure complex topics and maintain an overview Confidence in dealing with different stakeholders Clear, precise and binding communication Proactive, solution-oriented and reliable way of working What you can expect "We develop the iconic drinks of tomorrow with personalities who are thirsty for innovation.
