We are looking for the CMS de Moudon, in order to complete our team, a:

Dietitian 40% - 50%

Mission:

• Ensure adapted nutritional care for people of all ages, in diverse contexts, in collaboration with their entourage.
• Ensure the "situational reference" of clients and evaluate their needs.
• Actively participate in a multidisciplinary manner in the organization and monitoring of the care project defined with the client.

Profile:

• You hold a HES diploma as a dietitian recognized by the Croix-Rouge Suisse or a title deemed equivalent.
• You enjoy working autonomously while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
• You hold a driver's license.
