The Human Resources Department ensures the consistent implementation of the University's personnel policy, develops and maintains personnel systems, and supports the decentralized personnel managers as well as supervisors and employees in all personnel and employment matters. As an HR Partner for the central division of the University, you act confidently and at eye level with contact persons of various hierarchical levels. With your HR expertise, you take responsibility for your operational subject areas, actively drive strategic personnel topics forward, and contribute to the further development of our culture.
