For our general department on the 2nd floor, we are looking for a Healthcare Specialist EFZ 100% starting 1 August 2026 or by arrangement. Your field of activity: • You support the patients during their stay with us in the house and advise them expertly and evidence-based • Your commitment to the guidance and support of trainees is of great importance • Your active participation in change processes and in team development completes your field of activity Your experience: • You have a degree as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ • You always maintain the necessary overview and a cool head in challenging situations • You encounter your fellow human beings with appreciation and empathy • You already possess knowledge of digital clinical information systems and have no hesitation in dealing with new systems Your perspectives: • A versatile, demanding, and varied task with great independence in a motivated and committed team awaits you • You make a significant and valuable contribution to the satisfaction of our patients Your way to us: You are warm-hearted - competent - networked.
