YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY • You independently coordinate the arising workshop repairs in close cooperation with the workshop management • You act as the contact person for the internal department as well as customers such as insurance companies, garages and private customers • You are responsible for the timely coordination, monitoring and execution of the work • You look after our customers on-site, via email, WhatsApp, chat or telephone and carry out active acquisition • You create orders and subsequently invoice them YOUR PROFILE • Completed training as an Automotive Mechatronics Technician or Automotive Specialist • Proficient German in speaking and writing • Driver's license category B • Reliable, flexible and committed personality • Exact and efficient way of working YOUR ADVANTAGES • Versatile and responsible work in a small, dynamic team • Above-average pension scheme • Financial and/or temporal participation in further education, courses and seminars
