As a leading Swiss company for the development, manufacture and repair of vehicles and kits, we employ 600 employees in Bellach (SO). In addition to an extensive bus model program, HESS designs, builds and sells commercial vehicle bodies and conversions of all kinds.

To complement our team in the commercial vehicles division, we are looking for a motivated and experienced quality inspector at the production site in Subingen(SO).

Are you a reliable personality who convinces with precision, sense of responsibility and organizational talent. In this versatile function, you ensure that our vehicles meet the highest quality standards when delivered to customers.

Your tasks ###

• Receipt of newly delivered vehicles as well as comprehensive and precise documentation of the respective vehicle condition
• Creation and management of the quality documents (Q-documents) of the vehicles and ensuring the required standards in all work steps
• Performance of quality controls on the built-up vehicles
• Creation of vehicle dossiers for the motor vehicle inspection (MFK) and maintenance of vehicle data in the internal work list
• Seamless filing of vehicle data including comprehensive photo documentation
• Provision of the vehicles for delivery and preparation of the necessary documents
• Support of the production manager and the workshop manager with administrative as well as operative tasks

Our requirements ###

• Completed training or corresponding professional experience (ideally in the automotive or technical sectors)
• Passion for vehicles and a good eye for details
• Confident handling of common Office software (MS Office) and willingness to familiarize yourself with new systems
• Structured, independent and extremely conscientious way of working
• Communicative and helpful personality who likes to work in a team
• Valid driving license Cat. B
