In the context of strengthening its real estate department, it has mandated us to search for its future Manager - Portfolio Management (100%) A new role to drive the performance of an institutional real estate portfolio with an investor vision Your responsibilities Reporting directly to the Real Estate Director, for whom you provide formal deputization, you structure and drive the investor vision of the CAP Prévoyance portfolio. You produce risk/return analyses per asset, define investment trajectories, and formulate strategic arbitrage recommendations (hold, renovate, sell) for governance bodies. You coordinate the Technical & Rental Management, Projects & Assets, hubs, and ensure consistency between the operational data of property management companies and strategic decisions. You manage the consolidated financial reporting, supervise the Controlling Analyst and Legal positions, and are able to present before governance bodies. You provide CAP Prévoyance with the tools for professional real estate management commensurate with its assets. Your profile Holder of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of real estate, finance, economics, or real estate management (additional training in real estate asset management will be appreciated), you have 7 to 10 years of experience in real estate finance, asset management, or institutional portfolio management, ideally acquired within a real estate fund, a placement foundation, or an institutional player. You master financial modeling (DCF, IRR, NPV), reporting tools, and the performance indicators of an institutional real estate portfolio. Mastering presentations before governance bodies, you combine systemic thinking, transversal leadership, and the ability to translate analysis into clear and actionable recommendations.
