In this versatile role, you will actively help shape the accounting of CALIDA, as well as the consolidation and reporting of the CALIDA GROUP. You will ensure reliable financial reporting, contribute your know-how to treasury and corporate finance topics, and continuously develop our processes. Your field of activity You participate in the preparation of the monthly, semi-annual and annual financial statements of CALIDA AG as well as the semi-annual and annual reports of the CALIDA GROUP You ensure compliance with Swiss GAAP FER as well as the relevant local accounting regulations You continuously develop the group consolidation and the group-wide Accounting Manual You are the specialist contact person for complex accounting and financial reporting questions You coordinate and accompany external audits and support audits You are responsible for selected treasury topics, in particular liquidity planning and financing processes You ensure compliance with and documentation of the group-wide transfer pricing guidelines You coordinate tax and withholding tax topics together with internal and external specialists What is important to us You have a higher education in accounting, finance or business administration Ideally, you have further training as an expert in accounting & controlling, auditor or a comparable qualification You bring several years of experience in accounting and financial reporting of an international company You have sound knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER You have experience in the areas of treasury, financing and cash management You are familiar with international tax and transfer pricing topics You work confidently with ERP systems and consolidation tools; SAP knowledge is an advantage You think analytically and work independently, structured and precisely You convince through your strong communication skills and enjoy working with different stakeholders Your benefits Flexible working hours with mobile / remote working Professional and personal development opportunities: cost contribution for further training for professional development Assumption of costs for KTG & NBU premiums Free parking for all employees at the headquarters as well as discounted meals in our staff restaurant Yellows.
