For Tertianum Résidence La Gottaz in Morges, we are looking for, starting from 1 September 2026 or by agreement, a/an CRS Health Care Assistant at 80-100% Your tasks • Ensure the comfort and well-being of guests on a daily basis • Perform hygiene and comfort care in collaboration with nurses and ASSC • Promote autonomy and contribute to quality of life by offering our guests adapted activities • Participate in care reports and transmission of important observations • Writing care notes in our CareCoach care documentation system (possible via mobility with the CareCoach smartphone) • Assist with logistical and household activities Your profile • Having completed a CRS care course and completed an internship in the field of long-term care. • Several years of professional experience in geriatric or psychogeriatric care is an asset • Sense of listening, benevolence, and team spirit • Motivation to work in a human and stimulating environment • Good knowledge of French, spoken and written Why Tertianum?
