Quality Technician (M/F)

Your mission

In view of an upcoming position, we are looking for a Quality Technician (M/F) whose main mission will be to actively participate in the implementation of the Quality approach within a workshop. Activities: - Participate in the creation of an organizational audit in order to determine the exact need, using existing information to the maximum extent - Cooperate in the identification of customer and supplier relationships - Determine indicators based on internal incoming or produced quality as well as on customer satisfaction - Determine the actors, actions and management of action plans Take into account the priorities that will be defined according to the maturity of each profession - Collaborate and facilitate the implementation of the process taking into account the management of the quality gap - Determine areas for improvement in order to optimize quality reflexes, in the various professions concerned

Your profile

Profile: - HES/ES degree in mechanics, microtechnique or equivalent completed by training in quality - More than 5 years of experience in a similar function - Required knowledge of preventive and curative quality management tools (problem-solving methodologies, process audit, 8D, 5M, QRQC) - Knowledge in the materials sector would be a plus Rigorous, responsible, autonomous and organized - Ability to facilitate, listen, analyze, synthesize, communicate, adapt and work in a team Do you recognize yourself in this profile and wish to take on a new challenge within a stimulating industrial environment?
