The Stiftung WHL (formerly Wohnheim für Lehrlinge) is an open, forward-looking institution in the city of Winterthur with social-pedagogical living forms for young people between the 16th and 25th year of life who cannot live with their family of origin for various reasons. Our offers: Supervised living in a residential group fully inpatient and Supported living part-inpatient/outpatient. We work with the methodology of competence orientation in the inpatient setting (KOSS). For the offer «Cascata» - Supported living we are looking as of 01.12.2026 or by arrangement Social Pedagogue HF/FH 80% ## Your everyday life: ### • Reference person work and case management of four adolescents / young adults between the ages of 16 and 25 • independent case management with the support of the team management, the team and according to KOSS methodology • individual care of the clients - as a conversation in the office in Winterthur, as accompaniment to external agencies or in the shared apartments of the adolescents / young adults • cooperation with the helper system (Case Management) • You are prepared to often make appointments with the adolescents / young adults in the early evening hours (approx. 17.00 - 19.00 Uhr) • Approximately every four weeks you take over the telephone on-call service for one week You: ### • You are in advanced training in social pedagogy / social work or have already completed it • Interest in acquiring and implementing the KOSS methodology • Professional experience with adolescents / young adults • Reliability, sensitivity, flexibility, perseverance and humor in dealing with the young people are just as important to you as the cooperation with external agencies • confident in the German language • good administrative and PC skills We offer: ### • A varied, exciting and demanding activity with great scope for design • Regulated working hours without night and weekend services • Opportunity to help shape the offers • Internal and external continuing education opportunities • Employment conditions according to the cantonal guidelines • A very centrally located place of work in Winterthur and a modern infrastructure
