Senior System Engineer (80-100%)

What you move • You holistically design, operate and further develop our hybrid IT infrastructure - both On-Premises and in the Cloud. • Together with the team and internal stakeholders, you develop sustainable IT solutions and implement them successfully • You take responsibility for projects from analysis through evaluation to implementation and rollout • You ensure a stable, secure and high-performance operation of our system landscape and drive its continuous further development • For complex 2nd and 3rd level inquiries, you contribute your know-how and ensure sustainable solutions We are looking for you if you • Bring sound training or further education in computer science (EFZ, HF/TS, FH or comparable) and several years of experience in system engineering, ideally in a production environment • Move confidently in current technologies (Microsoft Server Desktop, virtualization, Cloud/Azure, M365 suite, network and security) • Enjoy automation, scripting and the use of modern AI technologies to optimize processes • Find architecture topics exciting and like to think beyond pure operation • Work in a structured manner, set priorities correctly and approach tasks proactively and independently • Like to work in an interdisciplinary and international environment • Can communicate fluently in German and well in English What awaits you with us • Structured induction into an experienced IT team • Lots of creative freedom and responsibility over the entire lifecycle of IT solutions • A versatile role with high personal responsibility, modern technologies and exciting international projects • Flexible working hours (40h/week) and home office possibility • 5 weeks vacation and attractive social benefits according to Swissmem-GAV Have we piqued your interest?
