Tasks:

• Independent processing and booking of business transactions
• Responsibility for debtor accounting incl. dunning and collection
• Control and booking of payment receipts
• Maintenance and administration of customer master data
• Monitoring of open customer accounts
• Telephone and written customer contact in German, French and Italian
• Collaboration in creditor accounting and in the general ledger
• Support with monthly and annual closures
• Preparation of documents for audits and examinations
• Contact person for internal and external partners

Requirements:

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification (EFZ)
• Professional experience in finance and accounting
• Very good German language skills as well as good French and Italian language skills
• Distinct analytical thinking and secure handling of numbers
• Structured, independent and reliable way of working
• High degree of team spirit and willingness to work
