You lead teams in the development of new concepts as well as in the definition of product, process and IT requirements. You manage consulting mandates autonomously and develop convincing solutions for business and IT questions. Once the adequate solution is found, you ensure a sustainable implementation and accompany our client·e·s until successful introduction. As a person with entrepreneurial thinking and action, you create lasting contacts, continually expand your network and acquire new mandates. Furthermore, you have the possibility to participate actively in the APP joint venture and to significantly shape our future.   What we expect ·Completed university degree, preferably in the field of business management, (economic) IT or law ·Three to five years of experience in the management of IT-related projects in a consulting or administrative environment, in justice, finance or health ·In-depth knowledge in project management, in business analysis as well as in the application of common methods ·Ability for rapid assimilation, pronounced analytical thinking as well as a creative and pragmatic approach ·Autonomous, structured and solution-oriented way of working, combined with the joy of collaborating in a team ·Open and communicative personality with a talent and pleasure for establishing trusting relationships ·Confident writing and presentation in German. Very good knowledge in English and in French is a plus ·Flexibility regarding travel in German-speaking Switzerland   Why APP?
