HR Consultant RAV 80 - 100% # In the canton of Zürich, the Office for Work operates 14 Regional Employment Centers (RAV). In our RAV, we offer a comprehensive range of services for job seekers and employers from all industries and professional groups. We also support companies in finding the right employees. Here, at the pulse of the labor market, your commitment and professional knowledge are in demand.  In various RAV in the canton of Zürich, we are looking for competent and advisory-strong support immediately or by arrangement. These are your tasks ### • Efficient and targeted reintegration of job-seeking individuals into the labor market, including systematic success measurement • Conducting location assessments, developing integration strategies, and monitoring goal achievement • Leading advisory conversations with individuals from different professional and social backgrounds, including handling demanding situations • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (AVIG) and exercising control functions • Building and maintaining a reliable network with RAV partner institutions (Job Reporting Center, Unemployment Insurance, Career Counseling, Social Welfare, etc.) • Active collaboration with employers in the Zürich area to promote sustainable placements • Precise administrative case management (approx. 50% of the activity)  This is what you bring ### • Completed vocational training with EFZ and at least 8 years of professional experience in a consulting-intensive environment (e.g., HR, Recruiting, HR Consulting, Customer Service, Sales with clear consulting competence, Labor Market Integration, Coaching, or Case Management) • Proven experience in leading demanding consulting situations and accompanying people through structured change processes • Enjoyment of an activity that encompasses both consulting and administration (approx. 50% administrative case management) • Good knowledge of the Swiss labor market  • Very good German language skills (at least C1), good English language skills • Ability to set priorities, control many processes simultaneously, and communicate clearly This is what you can expect from us ### • Careful and thorough introduction as part of our internal initial training as an RAV HR Consultant  • Support for HR specialist training with a federal certificate of expertise (both financially and in terms of time) • A challenging activity with high autonomy and the opportunity to pursue a meaningful task • Well-developed social benefits according to cantonal personnel law and a contribution to meal costs (Lunch-Check)  Does this meaningful task for people and the economy in the canton of Zürich appeal to you?
