SME Accountant with responsibility for finance and real estate 100% (m/f/d)

For our client, we are looking for an experienced personality who leads the financial accounting with a steady hand and simultaneously takes on responsibility in the areas of real estate management, administration and internal processes. A versatile task awaits you with a lot of independence and direct exchange with the decision-makers.

Tasks

You are responsible for the entire financial accounting and maintain the general ledgers independently. Your area of responsibility includes the preparation of monthly closings, quarterly closings as well as annual closings according to OR. You prepare the VAT statements and process tax-relevant issues.

In the area of company-owned properties, you take over the administrative management, coordinate maintenance work, serve as a contact person for external service providers and accompany arising tasks related to the real estate.

In addition, you actively contribute to the further development of internal processes and support the digital further development of the company. The coordination and support of the internal IT environment is also part of your area of responsibility. As a central point of contact, you support the management with financial and administrative issues.

Profile

You have several years of professional experience in financial accounting and have successfully completed the federal diploma in finance and accounting or a comparable further education. You bring sound knowledge in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual closings and are familiar with the area of VAT and taxes. Using Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP and evaluations), is easy for you. You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner and appreciate a versatile area of responsibility. German is your mother tongue.
