Nursing Assistant (SRK) or Assistant in Health and Social Care (AGS) (m/f/d)

To support the team, we are looking for a committed personality as a Nursing Assistant (SRK) or Assistant in Health and Social Care (AGS) 50-80% immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Assumption of basic care according to individual needs
• Care of the residents in everyday life
• Compliance with applicable hygiene guidelines
• Support of the specialists in the care process
• Ensuring the well-being of the residents
• Participation in coping with hectic situations

Your profile

• Completed training as a Nursing Assistant SRK mandatory
• Professional experience, preferably in long-term care
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing, level B2
• Service competence towards the most diverse stakeholder groups
• Joy in dealing with people in need of care
• Interest and respect towards foreign culture
• Readiness for ongoing continuing education
• Collegial, responsible, and resilient personality
