Social Media Manager 60 % Luzern What you achieve • You recognize new trends and further develop our social media channels strategically and operationally. • Together with agencies, you design and produce target-group-oriented content that strengthens reach, interaction, and brand loyalty. • You coordinate the content in the newsroom and manage cross-channel campaigns. • You manage community management and advise internal stakeholders on social media.   What you bring • You have a completed university degree or an equivalent education in communication, marketing, or multimedia production, as well as several years of professional experience in social media management. • You write with stylistic confidence and have a good sense for different target groups. • You have a pronounced digital understanding and know the most important social media platforms, content formats, and project management tools. • You work independently, in a structured manner, and contribute your ideas with initiative and drive. • You are a team-oriented personality with advisory competence, assertiveness, and enjoyment in collaborating with different specialist departments.
