ARASAPE is an association grouping the 18 communes of the district of Aigle and Pays-d'Enhaut. It is in charge of the management of the Réseau d’accueil de jour des enfants. Its mission is also to manage the Centre Social Régional (CSR) of Bex and Aigle, as well as the agences d’assurances sociales (AAS) of Bex, Aigle, Villeneuve, Ollon, Le Sépey and Château d’Oex.
ARASAPE is recruiting for a position within its Centre social régional (CSR) of Bex and its branches in Aigle and Pays-d’Enhaut. This position is part of an evolving environment, offering the opportunity to actively contribute to harmonizing practices within the social action region of Eastern Vaud.

Your main tasks:
Manage, evaluate and supervise a team of social assistants, ensuring work organization, replacements and file monitoring.
Participate in coordination and cross-functional activities with other local managers of the CSR
Guarantee the application of the legal and normative framework of aid requests within the communal, regional and cantonal network.
Be the reference person for employees, answering questions relating to advice to the population, the social support of beneficiaries and the rights and obligations regarding social assistance
Profile sought:
You have a Bachelor HES in the social field or a diploma from a recognized social school and you are trained in team management
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a social service
You have confirmed experience in a management function
Your listening skills allow you to support your team in problematic situations
Your leadership is proven and invites respect for the legal framework and directives. It is a source of motivation and confidence for the staff
Your knowledge of the cantonal and communal administration network, as well as the specific care of young adults would be an asset
