Your main tasks

• Order management within the framework of admission and accompaniment processes
• Accompaniment, coaching and job coaching of the assigned participants
• Cooperation and coordination with social services, IV-Stellen and other referring specialist agencies (reporting, network meetings etc.)
• Collaboration in the education sector, especially in internal course management as well as in the supervision of learners
• Maintenance and expansion of the network with referring agencies as well as companies in the private sector
• Participation in the further development and adaptation of our offers according to the needs of the target groups and the legal framework conditions

Further tasks

• Assumption of general management and administration tasks according to QMS
• Collaboration in marketing and customer support, collaboration in and instruction in the specialist departments and at events

Your profile

• Adult education professional background with experience in coaching and job coaching or the willingness to acquire the corresponding competencies through targeted further training.
• Joy in the accompaniment and promotion of people with different requirements
• Interest in practical collaboration as well as in the active co-design of the further development of the company
• Strong teamwork skills, independent and structured way of working as well as high flexibility, sense of responsibility and resilience
