The foundation is committed to people with severe multiple impairments, especially for persons with increased care and structural needs. The location in Fehraltdorf is one of three institutions of the foundation and accompanies and promotes 72 children and adolescents with intensive care, support, and/or structural needs between the ages of 4 - 18. Their offering includes school, living, and therapy.

Job description ##

• Care of 8-14 residents (children and adolescents)
• Care, support, accompaniment and promotion according to individual needs in the night shift
• Implementation of the nursing process

Requirements profile ##

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ.
• Experience in the care and accompaniment of people on the autism spectrum
• Empathy and joy in dealing with people.
• Experience with residents
• Strong social competence.
• Resilience, flexibility and ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of IT/PC applications.
• Good German skills in speaking and writing.
