Mission : • Ensure stock management at various external storage sites. • Guarantee coordination between field teams, project managers and various internal stakeholders. • Organize and monitor the transfer of material between different sites and construction sites. • Ensure the transport, delivery and recovery of material on construction sites. • Monitor stocks, anticipate needs and ensure the availability of material. • Process employee requests by e-mail and perform the administrative tasks inherent to the function. • Manage temporary equipment and common tools: preparation and provision of equipment; reception and control of returns; monitoring of rentals; maintenance, repair and traceability of equipment; management of recalls and availability. Profile : • Holder of a CFC in logistics management or an equivalent training. • Proven experience in a technical environment related to building. • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel; knowledge of an ERP is an asset. • Dynamic, flexible and service-oriented personality. • Excellent team spirit while being able to work autonomously. • Developed sense of organization, ability to anticipate and aptitude to effectively coordinate several activities simultaneously. • Ease in managing priorities, emergencies and stress. • Category B driving license indispensable, forklift license, C1 license constituting a serious advantage.
