Technical Customer Consulting | Quotation Management | International Customers

Your Tasks

• Technical and commercial consulting of our national and international customers
• Clarification of customer inquiries and development of suitable solutions in cooperation with Engineering, Design, Purchasing and Production
• Calculation and creation of quotations for gearboxes, spare parts, overhauls and assembly assignments
• Processing of inquiries, orders and contracts as well as follow-up of open offers
• Maintenance of existing customer relationships and support in acquiring new customers
• Occasional customer visits, technical clarifications on site and participation in trade fairs at home and abroad
• Depending on experience and interest, gradual assumption of additional tasks in field service

Your Profile

• Technical basic training with further education at HF/FH level or a comparable qualification, ideally in mechanical engineering, systems technology or drive technology
• Enjoyment of customer contact and the ability to explain technical contexts understandably
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
• Experience in technical sales, plant engineering or with capital goods is an advantage
• Interest in gearboxes and technical applications; knowledge in drive technology is a plus
• Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written language; French skills are an advantage
• Willingness for occasional customer and trade fair visits at home and abroad
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office; experience with ERP and CRM systems is an advantage
