Join our team of more than 300 employees and become our: What makes the position particularly interesting and stimulating: You lead and support the employees of the Rentes LPP team (13 employees) You participate in operational management (professional processing and customer orientation of benefit files) You guarantee the quality of work through good organization You support the Manager in their activities and are a stakeholder in company projects related to your department You participate in projects and initiate improvements to the team's work processes (specifications, tests) What you bring to HOTELA: You hold a Federal Diploma in social insurance or have experience deemed equivalent, supplemented by management training You have experience in supervising a team of managers and possess very good practical skills in the management of 2nd pillar benefits Native French speaker, you have excellent knowledge of German or vice versa You are a flexible, available person and possess a developed sense of human relations Thanks to your leadership, you know how to manage and motivate your team. Your sense of organization and your analytical capacity guarantee the quality of your team's work.
