Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for cleaning the rooms while respecting the hotel's quality standards
• You will be in charge of replenishing the rooms with amenities, towels, and other products necessary for our clientele
• You will be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the furniture on the room balconies
• You will be in charge of ensuring the turn-down service for clients
• You will be responsible for maintaining the public toilets clean and in good condition
• You will be in charge of completing and maintaining the work trolleys and pantries
• You will be responsible for ordering the necessary linen and cleaning products
• You will be in charge of ensuring the general cleanliness of the common areas of the housekeeping service

Profile sought

• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in 5* luxury hotels
• You are organized, rigorous, and have a sharp sense of detail
• You are flexible and have an excellent sense of customer service
• You are diplomatic and have an irreproachable presentation
• You speak French, and English is an asset
