As a Cyber Security Operations Specialist, you will competently and solution-orientedly support our major customer in all IT matters and ensure the smooth operation of the IT environment. These are your tasks: You support the CISO of one of our main customers in the implementation and operationalization of the security strategy You assist in creating solution proposals and decision bases based on security requirements and needs You check compliance and assess the effectiveness of security policies You identify and assess security risks in the ICT environment You coordinate and support the defense against ICT security incidents and the remediation of vulnerabilities You transfer security policies and systems into productive operation and the existing system environment You support the analysis and assessment of criminal activities in the ICT environment as well as their possible impact on the company You carry out organizational and technical audits in ICT and OT You conduct employee training on security issues You operate, control, and monitor the company-wide ICT security systems What you bring with you: Experience in the introduction of the IKT Minimalstandard or comparable standards. Flair for the creation and maintenance of ICT Security Policies. In-depth knowledge in the planning, construction, and operation of ICT security solutions. Deep ICT security understanding in general, in-depth (security) knowledge specifically in the areas of Microsoft 365 Services, Windows Server, Firewalling, Network and Endpoint Management. Experience in the area of OT Security is an advantage. High personal responsibility and the ability to bear tasks and decisions independently. Continuous development of specialist knowledge in a dynamic environment and its active passing on to others. Experience or willingness to work in agile working methods. Enjoyment of direct contact with customers as well as active interaction with different people. Independent, structured way of working with high team orientation.
