The company operates its own, highly available data center infrastructure and accompanies Swiss SME customers from strategic needs analysis to the seamless operation of state-of-the-art IT landscapes.

Your Task ##

• Consulting & Conception: You capture the requirements of customers on-site, develop well-thought-out IT architectures, and accompany IT infrastructure and cloud projects from analysis to turnkey handover.
• Implementation & Operation: You take over the procurement, installation, and support of complex customer environments (server, storage, workstations, security, as well as cloud infrastructures).
• Network & Cloud: You plan and realize modern network structures (LAN, WLAN, WAN/VPN, TCP/IP) and integrate Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Project Management & Datacenter: You lead demanding IT projects independently and actively participate in the continuous expansion of the geo-redundant data centers.

Your Profile ##

• Sound basic IT training (EFZ), ideally supplemented by a Higher Technical College (Informatiker HF/TS) or corresponding specialist training.
• Several years of practice in the support and restructuring of Microsoft client and server landscapes.
• Certifications in the Microsoft or Citrix environment (e.g., MCSE / Azure Administrator / CCA or comparable) are expressly desired.
• Very good knowledge in the area of Microsoft Azure and network technology (routing, switching, VPN, firewalling).
• High service orientation, pronounced quality awareness, and enjoyment of direct customer contact.
• Driver's license Cat. B for the regional support of customers on-site.
