Job Description ## • Functional and personnel leadership of the Finance & Controlling and Purchasing departments with a total of three employees • Responsibility for finance and accounting with a focus on financial accounting, controlling, and taxation • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to OR • Budgeting, forecasts, and liquidity planning • Responsibility for the internal control system (IKS) as well as cooperation with the external auditing body • Contact person for banks, insurance companies, and external partners • Management and further development of cost accounting • Preparation of analyses, key figures, and reports for the management • Monitoring the financial development of the company and development of optimization proposals • Support in supplier negotiations and the further development of purchasing • Collaboration in the optimization of financial processes and systems • User responsibility for Microsoft Dynamics NAV / 365 Business Central • Support and coordination of projects in the field of finance and administration • Collaboration in the pension commission of the staff pension foundation More info?
