Your area of responsibility

• Correct booking of all account and cash movements (incl. reconciliation)
• Management of all open items (close exchange with the branches)
• Responsible for the dunning process
• Debt collection in cooperation with Intrum
• Creation of LSV customer payments
• Clearing of accounts receivable old liabilities in cooperation with the branches
• Information point for inquiries from the branches regarding incoming payments and open items
• Participation in the monthly and annual closing, responsibility for the correct booking of all business transactions in the accounts receivable subsidiary ledger
• Monthly balance reconciliation of the subsidiary ledgers with the general ledger

Your profile

• Commercial basic training and already some years of professional experience in a similar function
• Understanding of connections and processes in the finance area
• Very good knowledge of French and German (at least B2) as well as confident use of both languages in speaking and writing
• Adept in communication towards customers and internal stakeholders
• Very good application knowledge in the entire MS Office palette
• Independent, exact and reliable way of working
• Team player, motivated and positively minded personality with a flair for numbers
