NZZ Connect, the conference department of the renowned "Neue Zürcher Zeitung" in Bern, is looking for you! With around 30 employees, we are behind nationwide leading conferences such as the Swiss Economic Forum, the Real Estate Days, and Open-i. Your Tasks

• You design and create graphic elements for online and offline media (e.g., websites, advertisements, advertising banners, brochures, event print media).
• You take over the conception, implementation, and production of video material for stage shows, social media, online advertising, and websites.
• You actively drive the visual and conceptual further development of existing content formats (such as podcasts or video snippets).
• You manage brand developments and consistently implement the Corporate Identity (CI) across all channels.
• You accompany events and conferences videographically on-site.
• You work in close coordination in interdisciplinary teams for various conferences and communities.

Your Profile

• You have completed training as a Mediamatiker (EFZ) and/or a qualified degree (Uni/FH) in the field of graphic, communication, or media design.
• You bring 1-2 years (or more) of professional experience in the creative industry (e.g., advertising or digital agency); graphics & design are among your great strengths and passions.
• You have very good knowledge of InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator & Photoshop as well as experience in video production and the creation of animations.
• Ideally, you bring experience in the conception and design of stage and show productions including motion design.
• You are a creative, service- and solution-oriented personality with high resilience and quick comprehension.
• You have very good German and advanced English skills.
