Operations Agent (M/F)

Primarily attached to the collège du Bix

MAIN MISSION

The Operations Agent ensures the proper functioning, upkeep, maintenance, and security of the buildings, installations, equipment, and outdoor spaces under the responsibility of the AISGE Building Service.

The job holder monitors their condition, performs routine interventions, ensures the operational management of material, access, stocks, and waste, and intervenes on the various sites according to the needs and priorities of the service.

REQUIRED PROFILE

• CFC operations agent or a title deemed equivalent in a technical field related to building maintenance.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally acquired within a municipality or a public authority.
• Autonomy, versatility, practical sense, rigor, ability to organize and prioritize work, solution orientation, and excellent physical condition.
• Team spirit, sense of service, interpersonal skills, flexibility, and availability.
• Good command of French (minimum B2 level).
• Valid category B driver's license required.
• Presentation of recent criminal record extracts and a medical certificate.

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

Contract: Indefinite term contract (CDI)

Start date: 1 January 2027 or 11 January 2027 at the latest.

Activity rate: 70 %

Working time: 28 hours per week distributed over 5 days

Workplace: Buildings and reception structures located in the member municipalities of l-AISGE.

Remuneration: Determined based on recognized professional experience in a similar function.
