For our client, a successful and established construction company in the Buchs SG region, we are looking for a dedicated and responsible Construction Manager Road and Civil Engineering (m/f/d).

Your tasks

• Independent management and execution of projects in road and civil engineering
• Responsibility for work preparation as well as the deployment planning of personnel, machines and material
• Leadership, coordination and motivation of the construction site teams
• Monitoring of costs, deadlines, quality and occupational safety
• Creation of measurements, reports and invoices
• Material procurement as well as coordination of suppliers and subcontractors
• Contact person for clients, engineers, authorities and other project participants
• Ensuring a smooth construction process from planning to completion

Your profile

• Completed training as a Construction Manager, Foreman or a comparable further education
• Several years of professional experience in road and civil engineering
• Experience in the leadership of employees and construction sites
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as cost-conscious action
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Organizational talent and high sense of responsibility
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Driving license Cat. B
