What you will achieve with us ##

• Personnel and professional leadership of the HR Administration area (10-12 employees)
• Responsibility for the smooth running of daily business (planning, process organization, control) incl. administrative support along the entire employee lifecycle
• Project management and participation in HR projects
• Assistance in the further development and digitalization of HR processes
• Taking on the key user function for various electronic HR workflows and tools

What you bring with you ##

• Commercial basic training with a completed HR specialist certificate (HR Fachausweis) or equivalent further training at university, FH, or HF level
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in personnel administration as well as in the application of a PIS system (preferably SAP)
• Several years of practical leadership experience in a similar position
• Independent, service-oriented, and structured way of working with a high sense of quality
• Humorous and strong-communicating personality
